How long does it take to get an order?
 

Order to delivery takes approximately 10 business days. We offer Expedited Production for an additional cost for customizations. Not to worry, we will email tracking info once item/s ships, and invoice details once we process the custom order.

 

Standard Customizing Time
We always, process orders as quickly as possible. However, the standard time for customizations is 5 business days.

 

Note: expedited customization orders ship within 3 business days after customizations and any proofs are approved by the customer. (Available on customization orders only.)

Standard Shipping Time
Our standard shipping in the United States has a transit time of 4 - 10 business days. Upgrade options may

What is the Return / Refund Policies?

 

We want our customers to be delighted with your product and offer the following guarantee!

Within 30 days of order, we offer a no questions asked replacement (same product only) if a product was faulty or damaged in shipping. Although extremely rare, should we make a mistake counter to the customization specifications provided to us by the customer, we will refund or replace the item.

For all customization orders, because these orders are made according to customer customization specs or request, we do not accept returns on customized items. Once the item is customized or otherwise personalized in any way for the customer, it cannot be resold or restocked.

What are your shipping policies?
 

Shipping Time - The package arrival date and time are influenced by customization time. Shipping and delivery dates and times are referenced in business days. We are not responsible for any delays outside of our control, including carrier delays, inclement weather delays, and seasonal delays. In addition, we are not responsible for items that are held and not delivered on time if a required signature is not obtained due to no one being at the delivery location to sign at the time of delivery.

 

At this time, we do not ship outside the continental United States. However, once we begin international shipping, International Orders: can take 15-20 days to arrive and longer if delayed in any way.  The customer is responsible for all custom or duty fees charged by the carrier and / or their respective government.

 

Note: International Orders are not returnable for refund. 

Note: We do not provide any estimates as what your country may charge to import.

Note: All import costs are passed on to the buyer.

IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to ship earlier than projected. We reserve the right to ship using an alternate shipping method and/or carrier, as long as the package arrives within the order delivery date. Orders are shipped out by the earliest pickup.

 

What are your order acceptance policy and offensive language policies?

 

Your receipt of an electronic transaction or form order confirmation notification signify order acceptance and constitutes order confirmation.

Pretty Girl Pens, any associated LLC thereto, or associated LLC DBA thereof reserves the right to decline or otherwise reject an order for any reason, including after buyer's receipt of order. We reserve the right to ship orders less than the ordered quantity if we're out of stock at the time of order pick. We will ship backorder items to complete the order quantity on backorder items once items are in stock.

NOTE: We do not offer customization of potentially offensive words, symbols, or logos even if the intent is lighthearted humor. This includes the masking of words with symbols, alternate spellings or the likes thereof.

 

What forms of payment are accepted?

For Corporate or School Account Purchases, please contact us to establish a Corporate Account or to discuss payment by purchase order.

**Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed before it is engraved.

 

What if a product is out of stock?

 

Before placing an order, if you provided your email address, we'll keep you informed by email of any out-of-stock product, in-stock arrival. If you have ordered products that are out-of-stock for

immediate processing, we will process the order and email the buyer once the item has shipped. 

 

Is there sales tax on my order?

 

Pretty Girl Pens will charge and withhold the applicable sales tax. Sales tax will be assessed and collected according to the representing state and county tax laws. Pretty Girl Pens representing state

is California.

 

Typographical and Pricing Errors on Our Store

 

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information., Pretty Girl Pens will honor the advertised or otherwise displayed price. Neither Pretty Girl Pens nor any other DBA associated with parent LLC assumes responsibility or will honor the pricing errors placed or otherwise made by a reseller or subsidiary thereto. 

Pretty Girl Pens reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders even if confirmed and credit card has been charged. For confirmed credit card charges involving pricing errors, and the order was paid, we'll cancel the order and refund the amount charged to the original form of payment.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards if I ship directly to a recipient?

 

While we do not offer gift wrapping, all of our pens come in a nice gift casing.

 

If buyer indicate that they would like to have a gift message enclosed with the order, we will include a noted gift message with the shipment.

 

Note: Buyer must provide the words to include. If a specific font is required, buyer must provide the font.

 

Do you offer proofs?

 

Yes, we do offer proofs on business orders with a logo. For business orders, with a logo, we offer a free proof for orders larger than $300. Please email us your logo, the preferred font and font Specs for you free proof. 

We are happy to offer up to 2 proofs per order (Business Orders) at no charge. If you need additional proofs for the same order to make a decision, there is nominal cost of $50 per proof to cover the

design time.

 

We are happy to offer up to 1 proof per order (Custom Orders) at no charge. If you need additional proofs for the same order to make a decision, there is nominal cost of $50 per proof to cover the

design time.


We apologize, but we do not offer complimentary proofs for single orders, non-business orders or non-customized orders. The cost for proofs (up to 2) on single orders is $50.
