Pretty Girl Pens is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the products. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their custom specifications are correct before finalizing their orders.

All purchases are subject to shipping costs, and shipping costs may vary depending on the item purchased.  All items returned are subject to inspection by our team to confirm the integrity and condition of the product. Product must be resalable, it must be in its original container, it must be unaltered and without damage such that it can be resold without provocation.  Shipping cost to return an item is the responsibility of the buyer, and a restocking fee will be applied to any refund/s due. A confirmation email summarizing your order details will be emailed upon receipt of purchase.
